Alongside that, I used its built-in audio feature for daily motivational calls; simply select a category such as ‘fat burning’ or ‘cardio’ and listen while sitting on the toilet or even commuting via public transport!
30 lbs lost
At 5’9″, 5’10” and 145 lbs, I was over-weight. After shedding 30 lbs, my weight dropped down to 110 lbs! The transformation was incredible!
The most significant change in my physique came when I shed 30 pounds. My shorts and T-shirts shrank into comfortable garments that felt great on me.
And then the pounds started coming off again! I lost another 20 pounds over the course of a month – all before I attained my current weight of around 110 lbs.
